Snow is coming in and we have at least two tours coming up.:
Friday – Intermediate Mt. Hood
Russ is leading a tour again. Yay. It is currently posted as a Mt Hood tour but he is considering switching to St. Helens. Check with him on the website for the latest.Sunday – Advanced Mt. Hood
I’m leading Klindt’s famous (infamous?) WyEast route. This is pretty much the whole shebang as we traverse 18 miles from Glacier View SnoPark (Ski Bowl) all the way to Pocket Creek SnoPark. If this isn’t challenge enough, along the way we travel on the insidious Yellow Jacket trail.Both of these tours are posted to the ONC Day Tour Page.
But wait there’s more! It looks like we may get someone to lead an Intermediate tour in WA (Atkinson?) on Sunday. Not definite yet, stay tuned for details.
