The weather report on the mountain for the next few days show a mix of snow and rain with little accumulation, so skiing East of the mountain passes makes the most sense Wednesday. While the group has gone to Teacup many times this year it looks like the best option for Wednesday. (There is the option for those who want to do a backcountry ski and conditions are good to do the Teacup Tie trail, Pocket Creek Road, Meadow Tie Trail loop.)
The group will meet in the west parking lot of Edgefield McMenamins. Please be there by 8:50 AM to sign-in and form carpools. The group will leave at 9 AM. Expect to return around 4:30 to 5 PM. The Teacup trail fee is $10.
