Join us to help maintain Meadow Creek Trail – Pocket Creek and Teacup Tie Trail ski trails in the Pocket Creek area. Meeting at the NORTH End of the Teacup Parking Lot at 9:00 AM. Carpooling from either Troutdale Mall (Columbia Gorge Outlets) at 7:30 AM or Sandy Public lot behind Otto’s at 8 AM .
Most trail tending work parties involve light brushing, tree limbing, and the hanging of blue diamonds. We’ll supply the tools and hardhats. Sign up below – select the number of spaces for all of the people in your party and provide their contact information where indicated.
What to bring: Bring a comfortable pair of gloves to protect your hands (gardening gloves work well). Wear long pants, a long sleeved shirt, hiking boots and protective eye wear. Have bug repellent and sunscreen. Bring a COVID-19 mask. Finally, bring a lunch, snacks and lots of water, as you are sure to work up an appetite.
