Please join us on a gentle but enjoyable conditioning day outing on Sunday, Dec. 10th, on Mt. Hood. This will be my first ski of the year and it might be yours, too? Due to forecasts for little to new snow, we plan to ski at the Teacup Nordic Center. We will leave from Edgefield’s west parking lot at 8 a.m. and plan to return by 3-4 p.m. The tour will be about five miles in length on mostly intermediate terrain. Teacup is a groomed area with space for striding as well as skating. No snowshoes or dogs allowed.Please bring $10 for the Teacup Grooming Fee.
Please come prepared for the weather and bring your gear plus a lunch, water, 10 essentials, and gas money for drivers.
