Feb. 11-18, Sun-Sun + travel days to and from
All Abilities Ski

Ski in sight of the breathtaking peaks of the Teton Range.  We have two cabins rented for 7 nights at Dornans Spur Ranch Cabins in Moose, WY beginning Feb. 11.  Each cabin has two bedrooms each with a Queen bed. Please note, these accommodations are double occupancy only. The kitchen/living area does have a fold out sofa bed.

Ski options abound.  Cody Downard’s Cross Country Ski Trails book lists 45 trails, the Jackson Hole Nordic Alliance lists 108 trails. We will plan on skiing inside the Teton National Park on Jackson Lake at least one day.  There are about six groomed areas in the valley. And at least one ski in Hot Springs is available, so bring a suite and towel.  Options abound for Nordic classic or skate skiing or backcountry or down hill skiing if you want to mix it up a bit.

The living area will seat 8 to have dinner together. I am planning on shared dinners so we can plan on dividing up the food cost at the end of our stay. Plan on about $50-70 per person for food for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Eating out is an option with a short drive to Jackson.

Since it is winter, I would advise you to break up the drive with additional travel days and enjoy some of the skiing going and coming home.  These include Anthony Lakes, City of Rocks, Sun Valley, Driggs, ID, Bogus Basin, Soldier Mt., McCall, ID and many more. Carpooling is an option also depending on the mix. Flying into Jackson is another option.

I am stoked for this first time trip!
