The trails at Walton Lake in Ochoco National Forest, just east of Prineville, need your TLC for brushing, tree limbing, and marking trails. Join us for this camping/trail tending adventure! The area is famous for beautiful big pines and bands of roaming wild horses. More details closer to the date.

What to bring: Bring your camp gear and meals. Bring a comfortable pair of gloves to protect your hands (gardening gloves work well). Wear long pants, a long sleeved shirt, hiking boots and protective eye wear. Dress for the weather; it could be hot, cold, windy, rainy, or any and all in the same day. Have bug repellent and sunscreen. Don’t forget a small backpack with a lunches and snacks as you are sure to work up an appetite, and lots of water.
