I’d like to volunteer. Who should I contact?

Thank you!! The club runs on volunteers so we can always use help. If you have a particular interest, you can contact a committee directly, or the Board of Directors. Speaking of the Board, consider running for a seat when elections open up early in the year.

So what’s your interest? Want to lead an outing for a day or overnight? Contact the Day Tour or Overnight Trip committees respectively. Our leaders come from our ranks, so please step up. We have info to get you started and support along the way. Besides the fun you’ll have, you can earn rewards for Sno-park permits, safety training, and more.

Like to do outreach or publicity? Then the Membership Committee needs you.

Have an article for the newsletter? Guess what? You can send it to the editor, good chance you’ll see yourself in (digital) print.

If you have in interest in advocacy for the outdoors, please help with Nordic Issues; see an article on the subject in the Feb. 2022 newsletter.

To get your juices flowing for the mountain, sign up to volunteer for the Tilly Jane annual wood haul or special projects.

Keep an eye on announcements from the forums or in the newsletter too. We occasionally have special events where we need a hand, such as a ski fair or other outreach events.

In the summer, we get up to the mountain to work on the trails to get them in shape for winter pleasure. Come help out, friendly, fun time, no experience required!
