SUMMARY:Timberline to Town Trail
DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a wide range of snow conditions as we do a loop tour up f
 rom Government Camp to Timberline lodge. The route up should be “interes
 ting” as we climb 2\,000 feet up the Timberline to Town Trail (expect to
  break trail).  At Timberline lodge we’ll have hot chocolate before zoo
 ming back down. The tour is ~12 miles long total and we gain ~2\,000 feet.
  Typically\, it takes about 4 hours to slog up and less than half that tim
 e to zip on down. The tour is rated intermediate\, mostly due to distance 
 but in addition\, you can get some speed going down West Leg road if it is
  icy.To be on this tour you must contact me by e-mail in advance.  I do t
 his so that I can send each potential participant an info packet with more
  info on difficulty and expectations for this tour. Additionally\, I want 
 all your e-mail addresses so that in case the trip is cancelled I can cont
 act everyone.   Sorry for the hassle related with this but I need to ens
