SUMMARY:Tilly Jane A-Frame Cabin\, Mt. Hood\, OR
DESCRIPTION:Intermediate Backcountry SkiWe’ll backcountry ski to the ONC-
 PDX managed shelter on the Northeast side of Mt. Hood\, a 3 mile ski with 
 a 1\,900-foot gain up the Tilly Jane Ski Trail to the cabin at 5\,700 feet
  elevation. Participants carry their own gear\, including sleeping bags\, 
 pad\, and food for all meals. We have a wood stove for cooking meals or he
 ating water. Participants can also bring their own stove and cooking pots.
  Experienced intermediate skiing skills with turning ability\, good physic
 al condition and navigation/route finding skills using map\, compass or GP
 S. Climbing skins are required.Trip Limit: 15 max\, Open to all ONC member
 s and Tilly Jane shelter volunteers Cost: Free (another club benefit). You
  must be an ONC member or Tilly Jane volunteer to sign up for this trip. T
