SUMMARY:Tilly Jane A-Frame Cabin\, Mt. Hood\, OR
DESCRIPTION:ntermediate Backcountry SkiWe’ll backcountry ski to the ONC-P
 DX managed shelter on the Northeast side of Mt. Hood\, a 3 mile ski with a
  1\,900-foot gain up the Tilly Jane Ski Trail to the cabin at 5\,700 feet 
 elevation. Participants carry their own gear\, including sleeping bags\, p
 ad\, and food for all meals. We have a wood stove for cooking meals or hea
 ting water. Participants can also bring their own stove and cooking pots. 
 Experienced intermediate skiing skills with turning ability\, good physica
 l condition and navigation/route finding skills using map\, compass or GPS
 . Climbing skins are required.Trip Limit: 15 max\, Open to all ONC members
  and Tilly Jane shelter volunteersCost: Free (another club benefit). You m
