Odell Lake is situated at 4\,800 feet\, so t here is plenty of snow plus great scenery. We will stay in the Kokanee Lod ge C and D units at Shelter Cove Resort. \; Each unit comfortably slee ps 6 with one king room\, one queen\, and a \; room with bunkbeds.&nbs p\; Beautiful views right on the shore of Odell Lake. \n\nThere are a numb er of good ski routes near the Pengra ski area\, the trails to Gold Lake\, smaller trails right around Shelter Cove Resort\, and the incredible Makl aks loops. Willamette Pass Ski Area has 22 km of beautifully groomed trail s\, however there are trail fees. Come experience a real winter in this be autiful snow-laden resort on a gorgeous high mountain lake. \n\nWe will po tluck on Saturday and Sunday evenings. On Friday you can eat in on your ow n\, or there are restaurants in Oakridge on your way and a couple small co untry pubs within 10 miles of the resort. Bring your own breakfast and lun ch foods. The kitchen comes equipped with most items and includes a microw ave\, but some supplies could be in short supply. \;\n\nTrip Limit:&nb sp\; 12 participants including trip leaders\nCost: $180/member\, per perso n.
