SUMMARY:Scottish Lakes\, WA
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a midweek trip at Scottish Lakes High Camp located 
 near Wenatchee\, WA\, adjacent to the Alpine Lakes Wilderness area. High C
 amp is the gateway to some of the most spectacular scenery and terrain Was
 hington’s Central Cascades has to offer. Access to High Camp is via an e
 ight-mile private road on a snowmobile: no need to part with favored treat
 s and creature comforts this time. High Camp consists of nine rustic cabin
 s\, each with it’s own wood burning stove and stocked kitchen\, a comfor
 table day lodge\, hot tub and sauna. At 5\,000 feet Scottish Lakes is just
  far enough east of the Cascade crest to offer blue skies\, sunshine\, and
  dry powdery snow. With 35 miles of well marked trails\, access to the Alp
 ine Lakes Wilderness\, easy open slope touring and High Meadows for steep 
 seekers—there’s an incredible variety of fun terrain for all levels of
  touring\, backcountry skiing and snowshoeing. We will spend Sunday night
