SUMMARY:Fat Lady Trail — Wednesday 19th April
DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday 19th\, Andrew Black will lead a loop tour from Ben
 nett Pass SnoPark\, along the Bennett Ridge Trail\, across the "Terrible" 
 traverse\, and down the Fat Lady (should really be the pregnant woman trai
 l!) into the E. Fork Hood River drainage.  From there we return to the Sn
 oPark via the (mis-named) Pocket Creek Trail.   Total distance is about 
 8 miles.   Ideal conditions would be a couple of inches of  new snow ov
 er a solid base.  There is nothing technical about this route — it's mo
 stly on logging roads — but you should have an efficient diagonal stride
  to cover the distance and moderate descending skills.\n\nIf you have ques
